Since the announcement on the 22nd of November the Support Team has received around 545,000 email requests and been able to reduce the remaining requests to approximately 75,000.




Cap. I'm 99% sure they count a "request fulfilled" as the first email that asks you the exact same details that were in your initial email.

I'm convinced they don't read anything and just spam macros.


At this point I expect compensation. Not our fault they were not prepared. Not our fault they decided to release so close to the holidays and be overwhelmed from everyone being off. With the amount they profit from these cosmetics and still have this low quality customer support? I have 0 sympathy.

I also still haven't heard anything,has anyone ?,reported and ticket in before the holidays since I wanted to give keys to some friends.... Too much time has passed and they ended up just getting their own copies, I honestly wouldn't mind just getting shop points instead of my keys back at this point. I'd love to hear back from support but I also don't want to compound the problem by submitting a new ticket. This doesn't feel great.
