Lost access to PoE2 EA

Lost my access as well. Had an key gifted by a friend, redeemed it and played for a good amount of hours. Came back from work today, wanted to play but no access.

It's been 3 days and I haven't gotten any proper responses from the support team, either give me back my money and let me get on with my days or re-activate my early access.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist with this issue over the forums. If you've already contacted us via email at support@grindinggear.com then I'm afraid you'll need to wait for the appropriate team member to get back to you. We're currently handling an unprecedented volume of tickets right now so we really appreciate your patience in the meantime!

If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used.

If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key.

In either case, rest assured that none of your characters, items, or progress will be lost if only the key was revoked and your account has not been compromised.
Assistance? No way. After the SECOND request I get a message after days and I answer quickly to questions and now NOTHING from DAYS... this is a SUPPORT? LOL!!!!! you just get my money for nothing!!!!!!!! (somewhere else this can be view as FRAUD!)
