High latency spikes

I am having the same spike. I cant' play the game after 1:00pm Est. Basically if I want to play the game I have about a four hour window. I'd really like to play this game.

all day
I also have Spikes every 10 to 20 seconds which are causing stuttering. I thought this might be due to my standard WiFi router. So I bought some strong WiFi 6 TPLink router and connected it to my ISP router. Everything is powerfull now at home and has perfect signal. But the issue still persists. I can't try to connect Ethernet cable to check it if this would solve the problem. I even separated my WiFi bands into a 5GHz and 2.4GHz SSID and forced my notebook to connect to the 5GHz. No difference. 2.4GHz is more stable but less fast. Still same issue.

But what is solving it: If you have an android phone, just open a Hotspot and stay connected to your WiFi with your phone (If I am not mistaken, iPhones can't stay connected to WiFi if hotspot is enabled). Now connect your computer to the phone. It's really weird but this solves my spikes and I don't know why O_o.

So, I assume, this must be related to some driver issue of my network adapter, which is strangely behaving differently when connected to phones... which doesn't make any sense but yeah... Maybe someone can explain that?

EDIT: Okay, it doesn't solve it 100% but it's way more stable than before. Maybe this is just my delusion.

Thought this was a "me" issue as well. While on Washington, D.C server for about a few hours now (average 7-8ms). Approximately around 9:30am (EST) was receiving some major 10-20 second stutter/lag gameplay as well. I did what I normally do, restart the router, restart PC, check PC "vitals" to include Mbps, opened up Twitch, YT, Kick and played random streams at the same time on 3 different tabs, not a single "loading" circle or stutter in video/stream. Restarted Steam and PoE2, within seconds playing the game, the stuttering/lag was still persistent. Went back to Log in screen, changed server location to Texas, started playing the game, recieved stuttering there as well, switched back to Washington D.C server and still stuttering/laggy. Drivers, Windows Update, ect are ALL up to date (as I always keep them updated when new drivers are released) so I can confidently rule out the issue is on my end.

Additionally, gameplay prior to the stuttering/lag was VERY smooth gameplay even yesterday without a hiccup. So, not sure what happened within the last 1.5 hrs this morning. I know there was scheduled maintenance this morning, so, perhaps something thereafter caused the servers to act wonky.

Players experiencing the same stuttering/lag issues from Frankfurt, Germany via Global chat.

Game has become unplayable, I enter my hideout and out of nowhere my ping increasingly goes to 15000 ms and just kicks me out of the game into the login screen.

Literally played yesterday without any issues and now its unplayable.
Okay, switching from server Frankfurt (Germany) to Amsterdam (Netherlands) seems to stabilize everything for now.

EDIT: Nope. Doesn't work. Sometimes it seems the lags are getting more if I minimized the game once.
