Screen size not right on only PoE2

No safe area does not fix the menus like that map only the hp bubbles etc I honestly thought gg woulda fixed this it’s been an issue for almost a year now and it’s starting to happen to people on poe1 on console as well now so I’m not able to play neither kings match menus is half gone and the map on Poe 2 is half gone no safe zone helps at all

I have the exact same problem
I have reported it, every other games works just fine even Poe 1, so why just add the option to adjust screen safe zone or something |

Same problem and it's driving me nuts. I still haven't been able to do weapon skill points as a result of this windows size cut off
My Rates (as of 9/14/2014) are:
