This seems to be a non GGG issue, you don't state where you got the key...but many have already stated the did not get it from official sources and instead bought keys from a reseller, that reseller bought the keys with their own money or stolen card details (see some of the "hacked" posts) who have then refunded or charged back their purchase leaving those that bought keys from them up shit creek.

Again if you did not get the key from this website, steams official page, epics official page or the consoles store pages there isn't anything GGG can do for you.
