Well, given they’ll view this as account sharing & a ToS violation, that’s a disaster of a decision…

Look. They use HelpScout to offer email-based support to their customers. They’re not going to do diddlysquat about purchase disputes over a public-facing website - and the instant you opened cases with PayPal, you froze yourself out of the usual process & you’ll need to wait for them to go through the motions on PayPal’s system.

Posting here isn’t going to speed them up one iota, but if you absolutely must do it, at least spend 30 seconds registering a free PoE account - potentially using https://temp-mail.org/en/ or the like - instead of trying to get your girlfriend’s account banned for reasons known only to yourself.

The same happened to me on December 22th. I saw two purchases via Paypal/Xsolla for the PoE2 early access pack as I woke up. I instantly informed Paypal and Xsolla and they (I guess Paypal) refunded very quickly. Later that day I had to realize that my PoE account had been locked, so I sent an email to the GGG support…

I haven’t had a single response from them until that moment. To be honest, this is the worst interaction with a support that I had in my entire life. I don’t even know if my mail reached anyone or got lost in the process… It’s just sad!

It is standard to have 2FA for emails, games,... I do not know, why GGG has no option for 2FA in POE 1/2. There are no excuses.
Paypal has 2fa as well. I got a notification that someone/something is trying to make a purchase on my account, but I was able to block it.
been waiting 2 weeks for a reply from customer support via email. nothing. I would just honestly go through your bank and never support GGG again

How did you manage to get someone to reply to you? I'm almost waiting for 2 weeks now, and still radio silence...
