time of need bugged

Thanks for your report, I'll pass this on.
Still bugged. Cooldown resetting on weapon swap.
Can you please fix this? It's build breaking.

Why has this issue not been addressed yet!!! It’s extremely frustrating! GGG needs to stop adding and changing stuff to a game that hasn’t been completed yet. You guys need to address all bugs that are plaguing your game. You people piss me off because you list all of these fixes per patch but for there still to be the same issues is stupid. Stop letting the community suffer for your inability to complete this game. You have two more acts and five more characters to release too. When will you guys learn how to properly release proper fixes and complete the damn game? Same on you GGG…I expected better from you guys. Maybe you should stop dragging us along and do what the community wants for a change.
Friendly bump. To reiterate the bug:

1) have weapon swap where time of need is active on only one weapon set (2)
2) (this may not be required) Have a duration reducing tree on the time of need weapon set
3) repeatedly swap between a weapon set 1 skill and a weapon set 2 skill to reactivate time of need.
4) The next time of need activation should be directly affected by how many times you performed step 3 ie. take x*(number of swaps) longer to activate
