Crossprogression and account linking problems STEAM < > PS5

Two months now.
Here as well mate. I think I will soon hire a lawyer or so. Basically I paid for the game on PS5, cannot use it properly and no one from GGG cares.

If they cannot solve the problem due to other "urgent priorities", then I would at least have my money back.

For a company that creates such a good game, they have a horrible customer service. Really disappointed.
Very upsetting.

We are already midway through March.
Haven’t touched the game for a month now.
They delete substantive comments. Amazing how this developer is going downhill!
