Same thing happened to me, bought the pack for Early Access, never got access to it on the account, never got the coins, sent support to email on the exact day of the transaction 19/12/2024, no answer, no solution.
They had no problem taking the money though, each day that passes is another day I was scammed, along with many others I see. |

I placed a ticket on December 11th and haven't heard a word. I've tried following up twice, but nothing. It's frustrating because I have a key and haven't been able to play since launch because my Steam account is tied to an old POE account apparently.

" Funny, becuase you email them more than once you are removing yourself from the queue each time you do and are put at the end of it every time, and that's a queue that is taking about 2 weeks to get through. FYI bumping here will not resolve your issue either, all that will happen is that you'll be told to email them and wait (and these are the same support staff that would be working the emails) Ancestral Bond. GGG, please fix your support. :( My issue hasn't been solved for more than 100 days now. Receiving an answer once every 40 days, which is barely getting me closer to solving the problem, isn't the way.
I hope that you realize that this way, you are basically preventing a huge group of people from buying more stuff from you. And the new season is starting soon. :( |
