Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used. If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. | |

I received an email response from GGG support.
Basically if you purchased on a website other than Steam or the POE website, you lose your money. |

Thats not 100% correct. A few 3rd party customers offer you a refund for that.
But GGG cant do anything about that cause u didnt buy it directly from them. U have to use the support where u have bought it from. |

Les vendeurs de clés se cachent derrière la réponse que GGG qui n'arrive jamais LA pire pub pour un studio qui vend des cles à des tiers et ne reconnait pas les clefs ensuite .. Aucune communication c'est honteux ! Arnaquer des gens qui soutiennent le projet en achetant des packs d'un futur jeu gratuit !!! c'est une arnaque ! |

" They arent really scamming. U didnt really bought that officially. Actually i got my refund from the key gen site and just bought it on steam and everything works perfectly. Ive deleted the installed poe 2 before ive bought it a 2nd time. Not sure if its a must, but ive done it and it runs perfectly since end of december! Support was very friendly and helpful to me. They just told me they cant do anything there cause u have to talk to the site whos providing the keys. Its not their business and thats actually true. Just buy it @ steam or directly from pathofexile.com and u will be fine. Support could be a little bit faster for sure. A lot ppl where really upset cause of this problem and i felt helpless at first aswell, but it was a quite easy fix. greetings guys, i hope u can play soon |
