[POE 2] Game breaking bug - Lightning Warp crash to desktop

Right now I tried in 3 PCs, I have a lightning warp + ball lightning combo, I have cast on elemental ailment with lightning conduit, I don't have lightning warp in any cast on spell, but I still encountered the same exact error that everyone is having.
Game just freezes for a moment and then crash without an error, even in the hideout, inside a map with no mobs around or even after a friend cleared the whole map, once it crashes a portal is lost right away as if I had died.
I did a last attempt in right now when all the tower mecs were removed and it happened again.

Ball lightning combo with lightning warp + cast on crit + cast on elem = game crash without any error message in almost every maps.
