Been waiting on support since LAST YEAR! (20 days) (RESOLVED)

20 days since emailing regarding supporter pack purchase went on wrong account.

please help, i am tired of not being shiny in game

EDIT: On day 12 i finally got a response from support (even though it appears to be automated), asking me for information that was all already in my original email. account names with 4 digit identifier and transacation ID.

EDIT: On Day 20 i got another response from "Nichelle" asking if i was sure that i wanted to transfer the purchase because they say that both accounts linked have access to purchases made. However, the cosmetics tab on the account I'm playing on has always been empty, not even showing the cosmetics that come with the supporter pack.

I replied requesting again for the third time to please transfer the purchase. Hopefully it doesn't take another week again just to get asked another question.

So I e-mailed them on December 5th and they got back to me on the 22nd regarding my key. I'd like to think things will start to pick up as they eat into the backlog.

Wish I had your problem given I've banned for more than a week for god knows what, and there's lots of locked accounts around here

I emailed about my Xbox not being linked to POE website. My steam account is. So I basically have 2 accounts. Can not trade or get twitch drops on Xbox. Just want the 2 merged, or delete 1 and linked the other.
They emailed back today asking me to delink twitch and relink it..... What?

Ya I think they are using copy/paste responses and just skimming the emails. Sucks cause I really want to bring my Xbox character and play on my PC.
