Also died to the boss several times and could not rez and had to relog over and over again.

i can confirm too.

Confirming that this is bugged for me too. I cannot progress on this character. Death/restarting is not working.

Edit: After 3x intentional deaths, and logging off for about an hour, it's working now.

Just ran into this bug - got the boss down to 10%ish, moved down to kill minions for a breather, and then when I moved back up the boss was planted in place at full health, impossible to damage further.

As of 4/15 this is still occurring. I am encountering as I write this. He's just chilling here at the top of the hill, won't fight back, doesn't move. When I stun him he gets knocked back and then gets up and walks back to his post.

He regenerates constantly, so you just have to up the dps a bit, but is completely killable with this method still.

As 30/8 i got this problem too.
