UPDATED: Support Experience - 3 Weeks for Copy-Paste Response

Original post was about losing early access on December 26th. Here's the latest update on this ongoing situation:

After waiting THREE WEEKS for a response to my support ticket about losing early access (which I paid for and had been actively using since Dec 13th), I finally received a response today. And what did I get? A generic copy-paste message asking for information THAT WAS ALREADY IN MY INITIAL TICKET.

This is beyond unacceptable. They took three weeks to essentially say "please provide the information you already provided." No acknowledgment of the delay, no apology for the wait, nothing. Just a robotic request for information they already have.

Let me be clear about what this means for us as customers:

- Your paid early access can disappear at any time
- You'll wait weeks for a response
- When you finally get one, they'll ignore the information you provided
- Then you'll likely wait several more weeks for another response

This treatment shows complete contempt for paying customers. A company that treats its player base this way - ignoring them for weeks, then asking for information already provided - deserves to fail. They've demonstrated they don't value our time, our money, or our loyalty as customers.

I'm posting this update so other players know what to expect from their "support" system. Save your money and time - this company has made it clear they don't respect either.
If you didn't buy the key from GGG via the Poe website or via the steam store and not third party steam resellers, then you almost certainly bought stolen keys, which is why the access was revoked.

I myself was hacked and someone purchased 5 keys that I asked the support to revoke.

Let this be a lesson not to buy from third parties.
