queue signal failed error

This is most definitely not only AMD-related. I have an RTX 3080 Ultra and got the same error just now.
RTX 2080 as same.
Just had this happen on my Nvidia GTX 1080 ti with a i7-8700k on windows 10.

EDIT: it took 88 hours of playing before I got this bug.

Started getting it at rtx2060 today, already twice a day.

Bios updated, all drivers up to date

32 RAM
CPU intel core i5-9600K

Windows 10

Got 420 hours of playtime before that. Also it started happening after full windows reinstall
When playing, suddenly the card master, and then suddenly shut down, just like unplugging the power, the frequency is getting faster and faster. The error appeared a few days later

I seem to have the exact same issue as you, on and off since launch day. Game crashes often and sometimes with the error Exception: Queue Signal failed. I have also had the error Exception: vk::Device::acquireNextImageKHR: ErrorDeviceLost.

Often, but not always, it crashes within 20 seconds of playing a new zone. If I just restart the game, it will crash again even sooner. Sometimes before the Main Menu. To be able to play the game again, I have to restart the computer and I can play for 1-2 hours.

I believe the game crashes less often if I disable Multithreading. I have tried every other fix the Internet have to offer.

AMD Ryzen 5 7600 6-core Processor
32GB RAM
AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT
Windows 11 23H2

Same

AMD Ryzen 5 5600x 6-core
32GB RAM
AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT

Had some friends help me find the problem and the crash tests showed nothing and any changes in settings in game or adrenaline or registry? only managed to change the error type. We cleaned the pc and reinstalled windows to no avail.

The problem started around 3 weeks into the EA and i didnt have any problems before that.

The safest way to not crash the map for me is playing at 30 fps at 50% max render resolution multithreading off using Vulkan and never rush when entering a map i havent played that day. alt tabing to look something on trade still has a chance to crash
I'll give y'all a hint guys. Today I'm playin poe2 without watching a movie in chrome on a second screen and that issue seems to not pop up until i launched chrome and seems my cpu started stuttering due to 100% load. Actually poe2 takes 50-100% of cpu at the moment and it's overwhelming. while the rest of programs take less than 1% cpu.

I'm also puzzled over GPU recommended system requirements. It's said NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX 2060, Intel® Arc™ A770, or ATI Radeon™ RX 5600XT

while they have lol slightly different tech specs.

I was about to buy A770 to get better performance now I wonder if it's worth lol

Well, what I said above is not true. The stutter and error appear randomly. Even more, the stutter started to appear even outside the game, so I assume that game might've damaged some components and now my PC is dying cause I never had that before ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Getting this on a Dell G15 (intel 13th gen i5-13450HX laptop CPU) Nvidia RTX4050 laptop, also manages to shutdown my second monitor entirely to the point i need to restart even if POEUncrasher keeps it from bricking my pc entirely
Got this too while in my hideout.
