Lost acess to my early acess on steam

After 12 hours of play i cant play the game anymore , its says i have to buy it once more , i redeem a key and used on steam , you guys have to fix this , i already saw that im not alone , other people have the same issue ! To sell you guys are allways ready , to help thats another history !

Same here but i "lost" 27 hours of game time and two characters in the level 30 or so, pls fix this, i redeemed the code in this website and then got the one for steam did the same and got 27 beautifull hours of gameplay, pls fix as soon as possible this game is too good !

Yeah i just got home and now it's saying i also no longer have early Access on Steam.
