Trade totally unusable on Steam (PC) and PS5.

Verified Twitch drops (Verified as in both Twitch and GGG site shows them correctly linked to my account) totally missing. Poof!

2x emails to support over 12 days = zero response from GGG. Not even an automated reply.

Before I get the usual "Did you try X":

Yes, I am on the correct league "POE2 Standard" on the trade site.
Yes, I am logged in to either the Sony client, or Steam on my PC. Makes no difference. Same outcome.
Yes, my main account is what I'm logging into for Steam and Sony clients.
Yes, my characters show up fine in both clients (minus Sony micro transactions wtf. Blizzard doesn't have this issue at all)
I have unlinked and relinked Twitch multiple times = zero change.
As far as I can tell unlinking Steam is something GGG support has to do. There is no visible way of doing this from the account managment screen. So that has not been tried.

This all stinks of a poorly realized account database setup. A setup that is unable to correctly link and execute basic client needs. Some half baked setup that, instead of being scrapped in leu of something robust that works, has been limping along with cobbled together "Fixes" to try and make usable. It's def not a pro setup. If it were, we wouldn't have this situation.

So, basically, a whole slew of people have been dumped into the SSF bucket with no word from GGG. Nice! End game minus trade = torture. It's something I would not have paid for knowing ahead of time. Too late for all that I guess. GGG already has over $200 of my money and has nothing to lose by ignoring my support requests.

I realize this is EA, but you can't SELL access and withold big details like "BTW, if you play on console, 20% of the game is missing. Even if you play that same account on PC, you'll be missing those features" It's not a professional thing to do. GGG knows damn well this account DB, and how it works in the background is "less than ideal".
