Economy breaking omen rollback instance crash bug

Anyone can confirm that you can use an omen in a map then forcefully crash the instance with temporalis lightning bolt or other no cd mechanic the omen will remain in your inventory after the crash?
If it is true you can basically craft mirror items with single omen of sinistral and dextral annulment
