Account was hacked

My account has been hacked!
I haven't logged into the game for 1 day, today I'm logging in, all the divine spheres, the astrumentis amulet, and all the equipment worn on the character have been stolen, I ask you to restore the stolen items and punish the culprit! Thanks!

No. You won't get anything back. If you wrote to support, your account will be locked soon, and you won't be able to access the game like all of us.

Now You not only lost Your items, but You are about to loose Your account once they read the email, for a few weeks or longer.


You will not get anything back, per GGG policy, they dont restore lost items.

But they will lock down Your account, making You unable to play, untill You go through unlock procedure - possibly late January, or Early February, You might get it back.

Imagine being more scared of the support, locking your account down for an unknown duration, than the hackers.

Oh no... tell me you didn’t already submit a support email. You really should have checked the forums before doing that.

Two weeks ago, I made the mistake of sending a support ticket to GGG, informing them that my account had been compromised. In the ticket, I clearly stated that I had already changed both my POE and Steam passwords. After two weeks of waiting, I finally received a generic copy-and-paste response, informing me that my account had been locked to 'prevent any further damage.'

It’s obvious they didn’t even read my ticket, as I had already mentioned that I’d changed all my passwords. Instead, they locked my account, effectively penalizing me for reaching out for help. Now, I’m stuck waiting, unsure if it will take another couple of weeks (or more) for them to unlock my account.

There are posts from people who tried reporting account leaks to support, only to have their accounts locked, effectively silencing them so they can’t post on the forums anymore. You might be joining us soon...

A very outrageous situation, since this is not an isolated case of accounts being hacked, but support for honest players who spent their money on the opportunity to play! Do they really care about their reputation? I know one thing for sure, if something like this happened in the first part, then everything was resolved and the player did not receive such mental disarray. And here there is a feeling that the support was on hand, that the players left because of their indifference?!

I am sure that everyone can give many examples of the negligence of this organization, why they don’t respond to buggers and hackers, what kind of impunity is this?!

The attackers simply took over the shopping chat, looked at expensive goods, who was selling them and just hacked until I figured out how.
But once again, the password has been changed in the game and in the mail, there is two-factor authentication in the steam, and the mail has not been hacked either.
I spend my money to buy a game, I spend my money to buy a visual character change, so that the technical support would tell me that we will block you? I'm asking for GGG from you, I would say I'm asking for human help, and not to restrict access at all, I haven't been living in the game for two weeks for this. Once again, I ask you GGG to help me.
