Has GGG responded to the gigantic backlog of support tickets?
Have they responded? I would like to know why it's been a month, and I've gotten nothing from them but a copy+paste.

bro it feels like they took a month off its been 21 days with no response 25 days since the issue accured, seems like the only time the send you a support message is when they lock your account then they ignore you.

My account was locked because my Thauma support package automatically refunded, I assume that’s the reason. Now, I’ve been trying to contact them, but it’s been a long time and I still haven’t received any response via email. I feel desperate. I just want to resolve this issue. If the problem lies in the purchasing process, I’m willing to pay the difference to get the locked status removed. But so far, everything is silent

The whole Support system has collapsed from the overload of tickets.
They have no idea how to fix the issue. They do not have the people with the right knowledge and understanding to fix the problem. They have not employed more staff. They will not spend more money to fix the problem. They will not be truthful about how bad the problem is. They have your money and that's all they care about.
