If I was lucky enough to gain access to PoE2 once again, the key would be used on my fiance's PSN account & I would play on that (since she doesn't use it).

I checked your post and this is what I got from everything so far.

You bought a PC version of the game by accident. You then bought a PS5 version of the game. You then wrote an email to GGG right before holidays and after they have not replied for a couple of weeks, you called your bank and manually cancelled the payment. Technically, that could be considered as fraud. You bought digital goods and refused to submit your payment, without getting a refund from the merchant first. That's why they banned your account. My advice for you would be to contact them again, explain your situation and hopefully get everything resolved. I know it must be annoying to wait weeks for any kind of reply, but it was holiday season, you have to expect some delay.

On top of that, even if I wanted to give you a key, I could not. I have a PC bundle and as you know, from your own experience, those keys are incompatible with PlayStation.
