Unfortunately, due to an error on my part, I mistakenly selected the "Early Access" 300 gold option instead of the regular 300 gold option. After proceeding with this selection, I encountered an error, and as a result, the transaction did not go through successfully.

To my surprise, the balance on my KK card has been deducted, yet the 300 gold has not been credited to my account. Additionally, I noticed that there is no option on the website to purchase 300 gold directly, which complicates the matter further.

I kindly request your help in resolving this issue. It would be greatly appreciated if you could manually credit my account with the intended 300 gold to rectify the situation.
