Account Locked and still no Response from GGG Support

I have always used Steam to play PoE1 and have done the same for PoE2 since then. Since then I have always logged in using the Steam login. When EA started I downloaded the standalone client and then found that my login details were not accepted.

But since I could still log in using Steam I didn't think anything more about it.

At some point it all seemed strange to me and I logged in to the GGG website (using the Steam login) and looked at my account settings and noticed that my email address was no longer the same.

I then wrote to support to ask for help in fixing this error.

But then a few days went by and I was in the middle of playing and I was kicked out of the account.

I received an email saying that my account had been blocked for security reasons due to the report I had made, and that I should please check my computer and everything for malware etc. and possibly change my passwords in the appropriate places.

Only when I had done that could they help me.

I did everything accordingly and replied to support that I had already taken such steps and asked what should I do now?

It has been 3 weeks now and there has been no response. (I didn't really expect that over the holidays).

But it would be nice if there was some kind of interim result on the status of support.

Do you still have a huge backlog so that you can somehow understand why it is taking even longer?

Shouldn't account-related things be prioritized somehow?

If it had only been the exclusion from the EA, I wouldn't even bother asking about it here in the forum, but since it also affects my PoE1 account, which is very important to me, I would like to know what the status is.

I've read through a few times, and I still can't figure out what gameplay feedback you are trying to give here. Perhaps you are lost?

Do you have any sense of How long i should except to wait again? I mean its allrdy 3 weeks gone for a Paid Service i cant use this time. EA in one Way or other but this taking way to long.
Its Nice, that the Staff is actually looking at Forum and such stuff, but just getting copy pastas then get ghostet via mail and forum post does not rly feel like you care about long time ppl of your community...another weekend ends now with no response and no clue of how long this is going to be...

I want to know what we’re waiting for now. After our accounts were locked, we haven’t received any response for several weeks. I’m starting to wonder if we actually have the rights to participate in the early access. Or is our case considered part of this early access phase?
Just refund the game through your bank. GGG is on a months long vacation right now.
It isnt about the Money for EA (cause i didnt need to pay for it so cant make a chargeback) but what im carrying about it my PoE1 Account which was growing over the years, and also the Company, which never put me in situation like this before where i was totaly on my own without any infos from there side. Im also wondering why they didnt saw something like that coming with the amount of prepurchase they had for EA.

this copy pasta and no info further on who the situation is on there side is just so frustating now, i miss the transparency they had over the years.
