POE 2 keeps crashing

I've stumbled on a game breaking bug when trying to reach Trail of Sekhemas location. When I moved closer to NPC, game crashes to desktop.

After I've logged back in, I was taken to the waypoint. I've tried to reach the temple again, but the result was the same. Technically, Trail of Sekhemas is unreachable at this moment in my opinion.

After that, I've tried to move around Traitor's Passage. Everything looks ok at first, but when I got to the Balbala's location, I've got the game crashed situation again.

That most likely means a problem with Balbala as NPC causing the crashing issue.

At this point, I'm stuck at Traitor's Passage and can't log in (when I try I'm still at Traitor's Passage and game continuously crashes to desktop).

Can someone take a look at this matter, please?

I crashed 4 times today just sitting in town. A little more than usual. I was having crashes here and there. A lot of times it would be when I would get invited to a group.

I decided to install my VPN I hadn't installed yet because I have a brand new PC AMD Ryzen 9 9900X + Radeon RX 7900 XTX. I had a similsar pattern happen to me playing Diablo and WoW. No issue since running VPN.

Almost had not single a crash/freeze until 0.1.1 patch... know crashing so much its unplayable, mostly in hideout

I'm having the same problem here, it's gotten worse since the last update.

I'm frustrated because I can't play because of these crashes.

Please fix this soon, it is unplayable.

Constant crashing for me, I'm lucky if i get in 1 in 5 tries. extremely frustrated, King of the Faridun Supporter!!!!

are they refunding people? I'm honestly sick and tired of this and considering asking.

tried increasing page file, different gpu drivers, clearing up two cores from task manager, lowest gpu settings, medium gpu settings, d11/12/vulkan....

nothing works.

guys, can you pls try creating a new character and playing with it to see if it still crashes? in my case, the game only crashes when I play a high level character. and it has been getting worse as I levelled up the character (about 87 now).
