Poe2 Possible Bug with "Blasphemy"

0.3 Had this issue today -- lvl13 Blasphemy worked with lvl12 Temporal Chains, but when adding lvl13 Enfeeble it stopped working. (also having Ritualistic curse _ Magnified area II)

I have 2 sets of kit I/II, I added my second gem to Blasphemy as I finally have enough spirit.

On set 'II' it was bugging out holding all of my spirit but when I switched to set 'I' it worked (though had far less spirit overall).

After switching the gear from set 'I' to 'II', Blasphemy started working again as expected.

Working since, I hope this helps!

Edit:
Dying sometimes breaks it again and you need to switch up the weapons again from 'I' to 'II' or vice versa

I have same issue. Blasphemy and Despair. I add support it exceeded spirit and now Blasphemy is blocked. New gem doesn't work. Quality on Blasphemy doesn't work. I need to check this weapon swap. But anyway... it is huge bug.
