On hit and on kill stuff only apply to totem itself so no it wont work. We already have 5min charges from ascendancy and tree so we want to invest in minimum power charges and ralakesh version is fine. Maybe lose one or two charges on budget but its still fine.

I was thinking 2 minimum power grand spectrum would cover it? (With one elemental damage grand spectrum)

Very likely it is going to cost +10d on first 3weeks of league and after that price will go down by alot. Impossible to say how much going to be. Dying breath is good on budget. Going to use both weapons on my ag and merc i think. Tomorrow night going to start think about all changes and edit guide if have time.

Yep will keep updating guide. Hope you have practised low sanctums if you plan to do early sanctum :D Going storm burst totem is very good if havent practised swt leveling without astral projector. But then again swt will be better once have astral. Usually it costs around 1d on day1.

Worried about sanctum nerfs...it not showing up on the recent balance changes made me more worried. they might just nuke it last minute :/. im honestly fine with it not being a league starter, things should be fine as long as the nerfs are restricted to stuff lower than i83 sanctums, an overall nerf to divine rates would be devastating.

That will be a cold start, but its 4 month league - so lets just do it.

I wouldnt even had the idea without a detailed guide like that. Feeling confident, because things written here, just makes sense.

I dont think they will nerf sanctum 3 days before start. If I remember right, they have never done that with an existing mechanic. Would be weired.

I think that will be really good. So hyped for starting poe again since a longer break because of exhausting townbuilding. (:

Funny thing is. If they nerf sanctum currency then less people run it and all of the uniques will be insanely expensive... and then profit ends up being higher :ddd anyway relic quant strat is already highest profit and it would get buffed even more.
