I bought early access, I've been playing since release, but I still haven't received my points. I've written to you 4 times already, but I haven't even gotten a reply that you've received my report. Thanks.

It looks like you made your purchase using your other sub-account, so in order to access your points you'd need to be playing using that sub-account. You can choose the sub-account you'd like to play using while you're on the character select screen. I hope this helps!
