Need Help with my KEY

Seems like it, I've had two different people from support contact me & no one has replied back. One was nearly 3 weeks ago. Diablo 4 is sounding better by the day!

3 months I get three replies from support, I ask a question only to have it take another month to get a response. At this point might as well take the loss of wait of the release or go back to D4.

I finally got a response after my access was gone early Dezember
They tell me to contact the source I got the key from and have them check it
Why the F. cant they check it or tell me why they banned me?

(friend bought two keys, I repaid him for one, his working fine till today)


So even when you get a reply after months, they will not help you with this.
For me this is a scam, you cant take my access away and not tell me why
I cant refund at third party until they confirm that the key is the issue and not some other bug, for now it worked fine and I got what i paid for until GGG decided to bann or revoked my access, so it should be on them to tell me why
