If you click the contact support link at the top of the page you'll find it says: " We can not restore dead hardcore characters or lost items for any reason. This is a general policy and we do not make exceptions. Due to bugs, items may be lost or characters may die due to reasons outside of your control. Please do report these incidents in the Bug Reports forum, but do not contact support asking for restoration. Just a lowly standard player. May RNGesus be with you. Are you the CEO of GGG? Let me ask you a question if Toyota just came out with a new car and you’re driving that car and the steering wheel disappears as you’re driving and your car spins out of control do you think there would be any reason to receive some sort of compensation or response from Toyota?
