Xbox Series X Update Issues

Well there goes my plans to grind out into seeing maps tonight :(

so if this issue is not resolved do we get a refund for every bit of money we have poured into this game.

as well I have a series x and I am able to play have been since the patch launched and I updated with no issues at all so it cannot be xbox services

I’m having this issue with my series x as well. I noticed when I tried to log on that poe2 was downloading and installing a patch. When I tried to start the game I got this update needed error. But then it told me that my Xbox needed an update as well. I did update the Xbox and am still getting the error.

I just did the Xbox update and I can play I have been able to play since the patch dropped and I'm on Xbox series x console have no issues what so ever

OK I did the patch and I still get the same error message must be nice

i did the update before xbox released their patch so its got to be on xboxs end my apologies from previous message. its hard to say when xbox will fix this

This issue isn't on Xbox services, it's your game that's broken. Mine downloaded and installed the update just fine, no issues arose until after installing the update.

So the perpetual "needs update loop" is not occurring any longer. However, when I try and log in after launching the game on xbox x, I get a failed to authenticate token. Tried reinstalling 3 times, tried Power cycling xbox, nothing will fix this.

Yeah I'm still at the update needed screen at least you got into the game
