Anyone who payed for a EA key and got locked try this.

So its pretty much a pointless battle now trying to get ahold of customer support. But i got tired of waiting to hear back from them after buying the $480 Liberator pack and then having my account locked not days later.

I gave them time like they wanted but after a month of 0 contact from support, today was the last day of me waiting and them having no consequences for basically scamming or stealing from me i dont know where it will fall under. But i decided to contact my states Attorney General on this subject and hes looking into anything that can legally be done or w/e im not sure i just got fed up with it and had to get ahold of someone that would have a impact on the matter. I can only suggest anyone whos been wrongfully denied the service they promised to do the same.

As unfortunate as it is, I know there are a ton of Elon Musk fans playing this game. Perhaps all of them. Every 30 seconds, somebody new is compelled to bring him up in global chat. So I know at least some of you are on his garbage social media platform, too. Go tweet at GGG about this! I created an account myself for this purpose entirely. We need to go harder. If you guys all did the same thing, they'd definitely see it, and it'd be hard to ignore.

I just called up my bank and reported it as fraud, because thats what it is.
Yeah, I think I'm going to contact Xsolla for a refund I've given plenty of time for support to resolve my access issues, I have good consumer law here and have a right to a refund and I might try write a complaint to the NZ commerce commission, but I doubt that would do anything.

It's better than doing nothing like they are and having them get away with this.
