Global modifiers Not working with cast on crit

On ps5 global modifiers aren't being added while socketed to cast on crit or shock ect. I also have +3 to lighting conduit jewel and that also isn't being applied. It only applies if u take it out and place it along with the other skills but not when socketed in cast on crit.

Yes pls fix. I'm having same issues on ps5. Loosing significant amount of damage because of this. I have a lvl 28 lightning conduit that reverts back to Level 20 when I insert to cast on skill. Smh

Im on pc and im having thesame issue. Im losing +10 more levels from my wand(+5), amulet(+3) and focus(+2). I tried putting on new gems and still not working. Fix this pls.

same here, I am on PC, + 5 to all lightning spells from the wand is gone when lightning conduit is inserted to the cast on shock or cast on crit skill.

Ok i figured it out. Its a bugged and we gonna be losing alot of DPS until they fix it. So im on pc and i play on controller whenever i swap to mouse and keyboard i got all the +10 global modifiers from my gears. Im playing sorc by the way. Im going to try my other character (gemling) if the issues is the same or just sorc bug problem.
