Trial of Chaos - Temple offering is Bugged - Door wont close

I managed to solve the problem. I removed the orb from the altar, went to the waypoint and reset the instance using CTRL + Left click. Then I was able to place the orb again and the door opened.

got the same problem, can t close the gate!
relogged, vissited different zones, nothing worked

Just came across the same issue, ctrl+ left click on the area fixed it for me, thanks a lot <3

The door to the trials wont close and I cannot insert a new Inscribed Ultimatum to retry the trials.

If i try to enter the door it says the area is no longer available (I have died in the trial). I have restarted the game and changed servers but it is still open.
