PoE2 "You do not have the required quest state" Act 2

Once my partner and I hit act 2, we both have a "You do not have the required quest state" message when trying to teleport to each other. Additionally, if we go solo and die, we cannot revive and receive this same message.

This bug is game breaking, and prevents any additional progress. Please advise.

I'm having the same issue on the very first boss in Act 2 (Earning Passage Quest/Rathbreaker boss). I logged out and back in again to be able to respawn at checkpoint, but now the boss is bugged. Doesn't move, takes damage but resets health constantly. Please help.

Can't play the game further with this bug.

This boss has been bugged for me but I was able to pass it somehow with one of my chars, but now I'm stuck on my second character, and I still have another one. The new patch kind of made this boss(quest) even more bugged. Any news on the resolution?

Same here. "You do not have the required quest state" in Act 2, and the Travel East quest is still active, no matter what I do. Even replays the cutscene again when I select "follow the beasts trail" on the Hooded One. First boss in Act 2 also bugged on me, standing still and constantly regenerating health.

I just reach act 2 first boss and he killed but now when I try to respawn I get the same error code “you do not have the required quest state.” Any help is appreciated. Thx.

@myself. Update I got it to work with a simple quit app and reload. Sry to waste your time reading this thx.
