Customer Support Update
My account has not been able to log in to the game for 13 days, and I was asked to enter a verification code when I logged in, but I haven't received it in my email, and I've tried dozens of times, and it's all like this. Why is there such a bad email system, I haven't replied to the letter to customer service for many days, why do you need me to wait for your mistakes, [Removed by Support]

Still waiting for a response to my issue...
I hope that those of us who have been locked out for weeks will receive compensation. We players are not to blame if your customer service is slow and inefficient. You can do better, GGG. |

I really makes me sad that GGG just let their players suffer that got hacked, no reply for 7 days and counting since the first email after they locked my account.

Curious if this customer service 'lag' also impacts the arrival time of physical items for those of us who purchased Early Access products???
Haven't received any confirmation/shipping details and we are heading into February 2025... I haven't raised a ticket either. Perhaps I should..? |

Now that we're a bit in from the launch of PoE2's early access, how much time is typically passing between sending a customer support request in and receiving a response? A few days? A week? Two weeks? Just hoping to get an idea of how long the wait might be.
