ACT1-3 difficulty should be lowered!!
" Cruel's difficulty also doesn't matter as much in the fine tuning, as they only exist as long as the EA does. When they throw all that away and put the new monsters types in, any fine tuning of that balance won't matter nearly as much. |

+1
to all of those saying NO, i would point out, that we are NOT "casual" gamers. i had a bad time getting stuck with act bosses. i could not kill them with my rock on a stick. i overleveled a huge lot and kept going at it till i git gud. i did it because i consider myself as a gamer/sweater. i have passion and time to do this. many of my gamer friends are married, have less time and some are simply OLD. its very easy to forget something that us Sweaters consider as "fine" is IMPOSSIBLE for these people. recently i watched a random YT vid of a non poe-er clearing the first act boss. it took him 30 tries or so. tbh HE SUCKED BALLS. he kept getting hit by the "bolts from above". he rolled into the ice nova from the sword. kept getting hit by the boss during the poem phase. but eventually he got good and killed the boss, he actually died on last hit but a clear is a clear lol. not everyone will have such perseverance. i will remind everyone that jonathan himself also admitted that he wanted to get his team to make the game harder before quickly realizing that the game did not become any easier, he just got good and it felt easy. the game feels fine because we're good. not everyone is like us. there definitely is an argument to be had where "if they cant even complete the first 3 acts, how are they gonna compete the campaign?". i would point out that the first 3 acts are actually some of the hardest encounters in the game as players have less tools to deal with them. your gear is shit and so is your access to skills and support. for sure the game needs to be hard but as it is, it just funnels more casuals out the door. which is a shame. the campaign and its story are things i do appreciate [Removed by Support]
