Their responses are always rigid and formulaic, and no matter how many support packages you purchase, it won't make a difference. Once they've done something, they'll never admit they're wrong and just keep giving the same robotic replies. I've sent numerous emails, but all I've received is either complete silence or mechanical, unhelpful responses.
