No loot drops on ps5 POE 2

Since the new update/patch …25/1 2025 no loot drops at all in campaign

I can confirm.

No loot drops and if it does it disappears a few seconds later.

Game is now unplayable.

Also can confirm loot not dropping or hardly any drops - then disappears after a few seconds.

I have turned off all loot filters etc , still doesn’t work.

I too can confirm. Everything said above and more. I have sent a separate email with a bug report reference number and a video. The worst part is if I unfollow the loot filter and go back to default. I have no loot drops at all whatsoever. And on top of that. It saddens me to say that I am playing Diablo 4 until this is resolved. I’ve lost a few divs doing maps and i cant take that kinda stress while playing. Hahaha.

I too have this issue. Only able to pick up gold. It started after the recent update. Originally items would drop and disappear after a second or two. Now the game drops no items except for gold which my character picks up if close enough to the drop, otherwise no gold either.

Same issue since yesterday and continues today. I can’t even pick up keys in the trial. Just see a highlight when I turn on the filters, but nothing else

Seems maybe your loot visibility was toggled. Check the binds screen to make sure the little eye is open.

Thank you so much! I had the same issue, on all characters. I definitely didn't toggle this, didn't even know this option existed, and it wasn't bound to anything. Game is playable again 🎉

not loot is dropping since patch,really want to play game but what's the point if i can't progress

You might have label visibility turned off. You can turn this back on by binding it as if it were a skill then using it. We will look at improving this so it's more clear when you have it turned off.

Thank you for this!! Was definitely my problem, I’ve never had this bond and some how it turned on and I thought I bricked my account with the loot filter. Found the toggle, bound it, activated the eye open and I have loot again…. Praise be!
