No boss on expedition logbooks

Interesting. When I opened logbooks in Past Ziggurat Camp, got 2 bosses from 4 logbooks. And I also changed Atlas from Disturbed Rest to Weight of History. Bug comes from one or both of those, it seems.

I have run 15 log books and seen the boss once...

Is everyone making sure that the logbooks are a minimum of ilvl:79?
