Hi guys, I'm still alive. I reached level 60.

I answered my own question:

answer: withered

we have passive talent Wuther away that gives 40% increased effect of withered
and jewelers that can gives 15% increased effect of withered. We can insert 5 such gems in our build.
total 115% increased effect of withered. I think it's not bad.

and by the way now my warrior is not a Chaos Space Marine Warrior but a Paladin of Chaos because i took the buff Time of Need and my chaosite glows with divine light once every 10 seconds =)
