Really want to try this. What's the skill rotation on this for packs and single target?

They did something to the Withering Touch skill. Now it's impossible to stack it to max. I fought the boss for about 3 minutes and I averaged about 14-28% when the max could have been 42%. This is some kind of crap.
The whole build was built around this skill, I'm upset. So the build is waiting for a rework if this is not a bug and the skill should work like this Previously, when fully pumped, I gained 80% in a couple of seconds of combat, and it did not fall off the boss the entire fight. Guys, I have a suspicion that the damage to bosses will be even less than it was in 0.1 =))))) it feels like the totem damage has been cut, plus a debuff on chaos damage. It will only be visible on 15 maps. But I'm a little scared.

Why not trying as Lich, well not hc of course, it will be more glass canon like but with more dps...

" weird did her yesterday evening. Lich compensates a bit for broken hexblast since monsters explode with a 33 chance. Double curse and curse against hex immunes is nice too...the life related perks are useful too. |

By the way, I understood how Withering Touch work now.
Let's say there is a chance to apply 7% withered in one hit. From this moment, the countdown of 8 seconds begins. Let's say in these 8 seconds you were able to apply it 4 times, it turned out to be 28%. And for each 7%, its own separate countdown of 8 seconds. Now imagine that with the help of skills you pumped up the ability to apply 100%. Will you be able to stack it 15 times? No. |
