Item Pickup Key not working

Im not sure if someone else has pointed this out yet but I have not been able to get the item pickup key to work. Yes I know there is an option to disable/Use highlight key/Use Bound key. From what ive seen none of those work. Unless im doing something wrong I cant get it to work. If anyone else has got it to work could you let me know how

Are you holding the bound Item Pickup key -AND- also clicking on the item?

Asking in case there may be a misunderstanding in what the key does. BY holding the "Item Pickup" key down you are enabling the ability to pick up the item manually by also clicking on it. It does not pick up items directly.

This prevents you accidentally trying to pick up items in the middle of combat instead of targeting enemies or moving to your intended location.


I use the "Use Item Highlight Key" option, which is bound to ALT. My Item pickup keybind is set but ignored. When I hold ALT and click on an item, it picks it up into my inventory (assuming there is room).
