Im not getting emails with code to unlock my account.

Last week after logging in to my account, it asked me to input the code from my email. I logged into email, and there was nothing, i resent a code, - still nothing. The next day i tried again, - still nothing. I asked for a help, mailing my issue to support@grindinggear.com
Every day for a week i tried to log in, resent a code, and i still got none. Trash and Spam folders are empty.
I Tried to whitelist support@grindinggear.com by adding it to contact list at gmail. Still nothing.
Its been more then a week since i asked for a help at support@grindinggear.com and still dont have any responses. Pls help, what do i do?

that would be nice. Because my friend told me, that he dropped any hopes, not getting response for 3 weeks by now.

Yeah nothing for me yet and its been WELL over a month, its been complete crickets over at GGG...

another 5 days past, still no response from support, nor any help whatsoever

another 10 days, more then a month in total. Still no response on email, nor help, nor anything whatsoever. How long this gonna last? what i have payed for?
