That's how ticketing/helpdesk software works....... Have you never filed a support ticket in your life before? The software auto reply as a ticket is generated in their system and asks for any relevant info while giving you the ticket number so you know it was generated. all your replies get added to the ticket so once a person gets around to it they have everything they need


But they didn't give me any ticket number, just replied to my email at the end with “Kind regards, Arya”, it doesn't seem to be registered in any tracking system as usual when you write to google or somewhere else, that's why the question arose.

You wont believe this, but I file tickets quite often at work, to different companies, and I am getting response in the hour.

This company goes cheap on this, cuz you know - money for China 10c.
But usually support means really SUPPORT.

I know why you panic.
Just relax, and wait.
Two weeks have passed, still no response from support. Are they even alive there, have they started working days?
I wrote a ticket cause i realised i bought tabs in poe1 that people already has transfered automatically on game launch, waited 1 week realized that wasnt from my e-mail the account is registered from, sent an identical email on that one.

One Day later someone responds exaftly like OP sair, asking only last 4 digits plus name of a few characters
Then one more day after that they answer the second e-mail in the exact same way but asking for transaction IDS.

I answered both, and 1 month / 5 weeks later still radio silence and no points refund

This is very sad... It seemed that in such a large company making a large famous multiplayer project - the Support should work much better.
I got my coins back today and canceled the transaction, hooh it's been a long wait!
