Unable To Select Individual Items For Purchase In Shop

I was going to buy the auras and I wanted to buy one particular one. When I went to go buy it, I could not move up and select between the three selections. Or maybe it was four. Anyway, I believe this meant I had to buy the whole thing so I did so for like 900 or so tokens.

Just to try something I rebooted the game. Upon rebooting and going back into the store, I was able to select individual items including the auras and pets. I'm kind of irritated as I only wanted to buy one and then buy a few other items. And now I've wasted 900 tokens on all the auras because of this bug.

I just wanted the blue aura. Can I have my tokens refunded for the other auras so I can spend them another items. I know you can't refund me through Xbox.
