Recommend me budget builds that can do all endgame content

Hello.
I am currently playing gemlin legionnaire with a budget build and I can do most pinnacle content to tier 2 or 3, simulacurum is a no go though. But to upgrade it further I would need 100 divines or so which wont happen anytime soon and that makes me feel a bit stuck. Is there any builds out there on a budget that doesn't require hundreds of divines that can progress further than I have? Doesn't have to be gemlin, can be any class/ascension I am willing to reroll. Just find a pillar of cage god build guide for easy switch. Start with STR stacking route. Should cost you less than 20DIV to achieve 600 str with 200 dex/int which more than enough to clear all content.
