Path of Exile 2 - Patch 0.1.1c Preview

Alright boys see ya'll in a few months. Got 150 hours in which is good enough for now, but it seems like GGG has too much on their plate. It'll take at least 8 months before anything good our comes our way. At least we get a strongbox icon...

How about instead of spending time adding more waypoints in maps, you realize not a single person wants waypoints, we want maps that don't require waypoints. NOT ONE SINGLE TIME in poe1 have I ever even considered the idea of needing a waypoint in a map. stop making us hunt stupid rares and actually design your game to be fun instead of putting fixes in for things that were not even broke from the first game.

+1

Perfect example of creating a problem where there wasn't one and needing to fix it. And then instead of fixing it, implementing a band-aid.
Lonely Single solo self found only one most experienced developer doing the job for both poe 2 and poe 1, we should appreciate that! With the current rate of illusion of work (remember who said we are working on map stash tab long ago in the interview? yet we have none) we will see finished game in 5 more years.

why do we even need checkpoints in the maps in the first place? is it because the map layouts are horrendous? or is it because nobody wants to play an arpg where there's no easy way to quickly traverse the areas? did testers demand such a feature? or did testers enjoy pre 0.1 mapping? if they did, what is the purpose of adding checkpoints to the maps? are you betraying your vision once again to please the masses, knowing that the same mistake ruined poe 1 and turned it into a grotesque version of interactive skibidi toilet? or do you simply forget what the vision is about when money starts flowing?

yeah? ggg?

Will there ever be any Performance Improvements in these updates?

Can we please fix the Citadel with the Act 1 Boss (Iron?) never completes? You can kill all bosses and the Map Boss and it will still fail.

Honestly, reading through every announcement updates since the launch of poe2, shows how privileged people are these days, with the amount of moaning people do on a free to play game. Nobody forced you to purchase the EA, so when there's problems, you should expect it. I get people love poe2 and want to see it succeed as there is so much potnetial in this game, and honestly I haven't been this hooked on a game since my childhood but people need to stop replying with "it only took you 2 months" or "okay, so when are we getting this and that". be thankful, play the game and enjoy your damn life. I feel with the popularity poe2 has brought, unfortunately it also has brought a lot of toxic players to the community.

Thanks for the great game GGG, I'm sure you're aware of the certain issues in EA has of course it's due to the game being in EA, you seem to know this as you have been fixing ALOT of the issues the player base has had, not many companies do that, especially on a free to play game, so my hats off to you all. POE2 certainly has 3 great acts, amazing combat system. Adding the wasd movement and roll dodge has made the game more immersive and opens up more opportunities to play certain classes. Thank you.
