Damage has sunk for no reason

Hello,

All of a sudden my character has lost all dps, I can’t kill anything!

For example the dps on my tempest bell is now 167. I’m a level 60 monk. I was flying though Act 3 on cruel but now can’t kill anything on normal mode.

I haven’t removed any equipped items or changed anything on the passive tree, I’ve changed nothing!

I’ve logged out and reset game but my problem persists.

Any help would be appreciated!
