How is it underpowered? You can take the Crystal Skin cluster OR Stormshroud with only 100% suppression to get to full elemental ailment immunity. Or, you can craft a choice of body armor, boots, or shield with mods, crafting bench, or essences.

It's pretty trivial elemental ailment immunity for this ascendency.

Would forbidden flesh and flame work for these?
