what? harbinger is perfect for coc using cyclone, you're permanently channeling plus cdr will omega benefit your proc rate + cool bonuses from hamburger of time.

wouldnt harbringer of time mess up the atk per second for cyclone since the buff is not permanent when you get the buff ? i may be remembering wrong but coc needs a specific atk per second based on the amount of cooldown reduction you have, and if you have more or less it makes the build weaker
